Moving Expert is not a moving company. We provide a platform to facilitate connections between customers and third-party moving service providers. Any contract for moving services is strictly between the customer and the selected moving provider.
3. Estimates & Quotes
Quotes provided through our platform are non-binding estimates based on user-submitted data. Final pricing, availability, and scheduling are determined solely by the third-party moving provider upon their final assessment of your requirements.
4. Limitation of Liability
Moving Expert is not liable for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from the performance of services by third-party movers. While we pre-screen our partners for quality, users are encouraged to verify the insurance and licensing status of any mover before final booking.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information regarding their move to ensure the best possible match. You are responsible for communicating specific requirements, such as oversized items or hazardous materials, directly to your assigned moving partner.
